Program Procedures

First determine your desired program and start date. Keep in mind that programs are offered year round and if you have any questions just contact us.

Request a Lesson using our online form or download and complete registration form. Once the registration form has been returned, a confirmation email will be sent and the remainder of the weekly registration packet will be included. All forms must be completed and returned prior to participation in our programs.

Complete and return registration package, which includes:
Registration form,
Parential Consent form,
Student health form,

Once registration forms have been returned, a confirmation email will be sent. During holiday and weeks during the month of July, call for availability. OR
Call the sales office at 954-549-0543/email us and a staff member will be happy to discuss or programs and availibility.

Note: All forms must be completed and returned prior to participation in the program.
